Zolta

Zlota is a 52-storey skyscraper that has become an icon for Warsaw and its people.

One of the tallest residential buildings in the European Union, Zlota was designed by internationally renowned architect Daniel Libeskind. In designing the building, Libeskind wanted to reflect Warsaw’s transition from a place of oppression and destruction to a city that represents freedom and aspiration.

This idea of progression, development and aspiration was at the heart of the communications and branding. A sales journey was choreographed to create a customer experience that captured the story behind the building. Customers entered at the underground car park, where a valet would transport them to the lift. From there, they would ascend to the 50th floor, emerging at the marketing suite, where they could take in the views across the city.

The marketing collateral itself captured the sense of aspiration and progression that pervades Warsaw today.
