Naame Studio

In the early 2000s, a group of eminent physicists at Princeton University teamed up with a team of pioneering dermatologists to develop a new and innovative laser system using ultra-fast pulse speeds. Over the last decade, serial entrepreneur Errol Damelin has been dedicated to bringing this remarkable technology to market - exclusively at NAAMA.

I designed their first studio in London and wanted to create an environment that didn’t feel like a clinic, but felt more domestic and desirable. Laser removal is a medical procedure and i wanted the environment to dampen down any anxiety. We commissioned a giant table to sit in the centre of the space as an anchor where staff and clients could sit informally and talk over a coffee.
