Chapter House

Chapter House is a development of 38 new retirement apartments, situated on the site of the historical Lichfield Friary, on the edge of the mediaeval city. The geography and rich history of Lichfield have greatly influenced the vision for this development, from the architecture and landscaping design, through to how it has been marketed.

Litchfield has always been a city of scholars and philosophers and we wanted to continue that history at Chapter House. The design of the development provides natural opportunities to learn, explore and socialise and to continuing ones self-development in retirement - Think, grow, do.
