The Fitzroy

Steeped in seafaring history and renowned for its subtropical gardens and exotic plants, Falmouth has long been Britain’s port to the world. Drawing on the town’s history of discovery and exploration, The Fitzroy is a collection of retirement apartments. It offers panoramic views across the bay and towards Pendennis Castle on the headland.

We created a brand and marketing campaign that captured the spirit and history of Falmouth but presented it in a fresh and contemporary graphic language consistent with architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris approach to the building design.
